施特劳斯对霍布斯自然权利理论的再解读 学 号： 姓 名： 专 业： 哲 学 指导教师： [摘 要] 施特劳斯对霍布斯的政治哲学有独特的解读视角：他认为霍布斯不是机械论者，而是道德主义者，霍布斯吸取了亚里士多德的激情理论等传统思想，他的整个政治哲学大厦奠基于他的自然权利理论中激情与理性的道德对立；霍布斯的自然权利理论从根本上探讨了人类生活规范的形成问题，它颠倒了传统的自然法观念，确立了自然权利在国家形成中的决定作用，成为近代自然权利理论得以发展的前提。 本文通过对施特劳斯关于霍布斯自然权利理论的思想来源、具体内容、后世影响等方面的有关论述，考察施特劳斯看待霍布斯视角的可取之处及其哲学意义，并由此揭示施特劳斯以自然和历史为基本立场来深刻把握作者真正意图的独特解读方式。 关键词： 施特劳斯；霍布斯；自然；自然法；自然权利 [Abstract] Leo Strauss has a particular perspective to analyze political philosophy of Hobbes. From his point of view, Hobbes is a moralist rather than a mechanism adherent and Hobbes has adopted the passion theory of Aristotle and on. The whole building of Hobbes’s political philosophy bases on the moral contrary between passion and ration in his natural right theory. Hobbes’s natural right theory basically addresses to the forming of human life rules, which has reversed the traditional concept of natural law, established the natural right’s determining role of forming a country, and become the development premise of the latter-day natural right theory. With Strauss statements of the thought source, specific content and influence of Hobbes’s natural right theory, this paper focuses on the feasibility and philosophical meaning of Strauss’ perspective regarding to Hobbes, and finally reveals Strauss’ unique analyzing method of grasping the author’s real purpose profoundly on the stance of nature and history.
