本科生毕业设计(论文) 题 目: 我国企业财务管理 体制的创新研究 英文题目: Research on Innovation of Financial Management System in our Country 系 : 管理系 专 业: 会计学 班 级: 学 生: 学 号: 指导教师: 职称: 指导教师: 职称: 摘　　要 随着经济全球化和高新技术的发展、知识经济时代的来临，传统的财务管理体制已经不能适应经济发展的要求。因此，探讨当前经济形势下的财务管理创新，是企业实现成功理财的必然选择。怎样建立健全新兴的财务管理体制以适应建立现代企业制度的需要，是当今企业应当认真思考研究的问题。文章主要就我国财务管理目前的不足以及如何改进进行探讨与研究。 本文将分为六个部分：第一部分为绪论，主要介绍研究的背景、意义及国内外的研究现状；第二部分为财务管理体制内涵，主要介绍业内部都有那些财务管理体制内容；第三部分为财务管理体制变革的因素，这一部分将从四个方面来探讨企业财务管理体制需要创新的原因；第四部分是现行财务管理体制存在的问题，在此基础上并提出了财务管理体制创新的可行之道；第五部分是知识经济时代下企业财务管理体制的创新，这方面将详细介绍在知识经济时代下，企业财务管理的空间和范围、财务管理重心以及知识经济将对财务管理观念、财务管理目标、财务管理内容和财务管理方式产生深远地影响，从而引出现行财务管理体系必须进行创新。这是文章的主体部分，在这里将从不同方面、不同角度对其进行论证研究；第六部分为结论。 Research on Innovation of Financial Management System in our Country Abstract With the globalization of economy and the development of new high technology, the advent of knowledge economy.
