丫。。、、。。。 口JJ屯了习J 中 文 摘 要 随着互联网技术的发展及其与传统出版产业的融合，网络成为未来出版社的 工作基础，是出版社步入虚拟化、数字化时代的技术支持和技术保证。同时为出 版社提供了全新的工作环境和工作方式。本文力图通过国内出版社网站的访问调 查分析，对目前国内出版社网站的状况有个较为准确的把握，并针对国内出版社 网站建设中存在的问题提出相应的对策。 本文首先就国内外出版社网站的发展概况及现状作一宏观的描述。接下来论 文重点对国内出版社网站进行内容分析，此次调查共访问了35家国内出版社网站 (包括5家出版集团网站)，并对这35家网站进行详细的量化统计分析。并分别 从服务成熟度、客户关系管理、网站信息结构、网站信息处理等几个方面分别进 行分析评价。本文总结了出版社网站的三大基本功能，即服务功能、教育功能和 交流功能，并在三大基本功能的基础上建立了一个科学的评价分析体系。同时参 照以前国内出版社网站的建设状况以及当前国外出版社网站的状况，找出进步和 缺憾，并就目前国内出版社网站存在的问题提出相应对策。 关键词:出版社网站、网站评价、网络 Abstract Withthedevelopmentofintemetanditspermeationwithtraditionalpublishing industry,intemetwillbecomethefuturepublishinghousesworkingfoundation.Itsthe technicalsupportandthetechnical forpublishinghousemarcheinginto hypothesizedandthedigitizedtimes.Meanwhileitprovidesthebrand-newworking conditionsandworkingwaysforthepublishinghouse.Thispapertriestoanalyzethe currentsituationofdomesticpublishinghouseswebsitesandpresentsasolutionto improvetheperformanceofit.
