本科生毕业论文（设计） 题目： 西安卓力电子科技有限公司融资问题研究 院 （系） 经济与管理系 专 业 班 级 09级财务管理1班 学 生 姓 名 学 号 指导教师（职称） 牛宏亮（注册会计师）、李 丽 提 交 时 间 二〇一三年五月 西安卓力电子科技有限公司融资问题研究 摘要: 现阶段我国中小企业快速发展，在我国社会经济发展中的作用也越来越突出，不仅能够有效缓解我国的就业压力，还以其庞大的数量和广泛的分布，成为我国出口创汇的主要力量。中小企业的健康发展，不仅关乎着中小企业自身的发展问题，也关乎着整个国民经济发展的问题，但是近年来中小企业面临的融资问题越来越严峻,严重影响了我国中小企业的发展。 论文以西安卓力电子科技有限公司为研究对象,从内源融资、外源融资两方面对卓力公司融资现状进行了分析，得到卓力公司内源融资主要依赖留存收益、折旧、定额负债转作投资三种渠道；外源融资主要依靠银行贷款、商业信贷、融资租赁三种方式。在融资结构方面，卓力公司存在着内源融资所占比例不足，过于依赖外源融资的问题；而在融资量方面存在内、外源融资金额都不多的情况，不能够满足企业发展壮大的需求，存在资金缺口。针对这两方面的问题，论文从企业自身和外部环境两方面提出了相应的对策建议。从企业自身方面卓力公司应该提升自我实力，规范内部管理制度提高信息透明度，树立诚信的公司形象从而提高企业的竞争实力，进而提高内源融资实力；从外部环境方面卓力公司应该提高债券融资，注重票据融资，寻找适合的担保人，寻找相应的利好政策提高公司的外源融资能力。 关键词：中小企业；融资理论；融资现状；融资渠道 Research on Financing Problems of Xian ZhuoLi Electronic Technology Co., LTD.
