Methods Isolating peripheral blood from patients with autoimmune disease was examined the item such as ant-i CCP antibody, rheuma- toid factor( RF) , antinuclear antibody ( ANA) , C-reactive p rotein ( CRP) and erythrosedimentation ( ESR) et al. Clinical situation and imageology information were analysed. Results The postive rate of ant-i CCP antibody and the concentration of RF and CRP in RA was significant higher than control group.
