贝那普利联合氯沙坦对慢性心力衰竭患者核因子-κB和C-反应蛋白的影响 　　作者：许哲，廖春锋，莫 龙，欧细平，黄财宝 作者单位：414000 湖南岳阳，岳阳市第三人民医院心内科 　　【摘要】 目的 研究贝那普利联合氯沙坦对慢性心力衰竭患者核因子-ΚB(NF-ΚB)和高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法 将40例慢性心力衰竭患者，随机分为贝那普利组和贝那普利联合氯沙坦组。超声心动图测左室射血分数(LVEF);免疫细胞化学法测定外周血淋巴细胞NF-ΚB活化的阳性率;ELISA法测定血浆hs-CRP水平，比较两组治疗前后的差异。结果 治疗3个月后：贝那普利组LVEF低于联合治疗组(P0.05);贝那普利组NF-ΚB活化的阳性率及hs-CRP水平高于联合治疗组(P0.05)。结论 贝那普利联合氯沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭患者，在改善心功能，降低外周血淋巴细胞NF-ΚB活化的阳性率和血浆hs-CRP水平方面优于单用贝那普利。 　　【关键词】 贝那普利;氯沙坦;慢性心力衰竭;核因子-ΚB;C-反应蛋白 　　Influence of benazepril and losartan on nuclear factor-ΚB (NF-ΚB)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) 　　XU Zhe,LIAO Chun-feng,MO Long,et al.Department of Cardiology,the Third Peoples Hospital of Yueyang City,Hunan 414000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the combination effect of benazepril and losartan on nuclear factor-ΚB(NF-ΚB)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)of chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods 40 cases of chronic heart failure were randomly sorted into benazepril group(n=20)and losartan group (n=20).We measured the left ventricular ejection fraction by echocardiogram,the activity of NF-ΚB in peripheral blood lymphocytes by immunocyto chemistry method and the levels of hs-CRP by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The differences of effects before and after treatment in both groups were compared.Results After three months of treatment,the LVEF of benazepril group was lower than losartan combined group(P0.05),but the levels of activity of NF-ΚB and hs-CRP were significantly higher than losartan combined group(P0.05).Conclusion Application of benazepril combined with losartan in treatment of CHF is better than application of benazepril alone,it can ameliorate the heart function,decrease the activity of NF-ΚB in peripheral blood lymphocytes and the level of hs-CRP in patients with CHF. 　　[Key words] benazepril;losartan;chronic heart failure(CHF);nuclear factor-ΚB (NF-ΚB);high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) 　　目前
