1. 2008 中国 毕业生应聘失败原因 2.The graduates With the university recruiting expansion, the number of graduates has increased year by year. the number of students has surged to 5,590,000 in 2008. In 2009 the number is about 6.1 million. in 2010 is near 7 million. But the average employment rate of graduates is just 60 % ~ 70% each year . The employment outlook is grim.(就业前景令人忧虑) China is the most populous country in the world. To solve the employment issue in China is a strenuous繁重, arduous艰巨and pressing紧迫task. 3.What Is The Unemployment Rate?  In simple terms, the unemployment rate is the number of people looking for work divided by the total number of people in the labor force. It means that the percentage of?the total?labor force unemployed but actively seeking employment and willing to work.? 4. The Situation in 2010 Chinas labor supply is expected to top 830 million by 2010,but only 40 million jobs will be created during this period. About 10 million people will have difficulty finding jobs due to pressure from the growing labor force. China will continue to be troubled by unemployment in future years. Most of the employment pressure comes from laid-off workers（下岗工人） increasing number of university graduates rural labor and farmers.
