Combing with theory of IEEE 34 semi-invariant and Cornish-Fisher series expansion, the Monte-Carlo probabilistic evaluation for voltage quality of the distribution network with distributed generators was obtained with the relative probability distribution function (PDF) curves and the probability of voltage out of limit.
