放射科护理纠纷防范探讨 云南省曲靖市妇幼医院放射科 张巧权 655000 [摘要]目的 从护理的角度发现在放射科护理中存在的护理纠纷，分析这些护理纠纷产生的原因，以及探讨预防对策。方法 对我院放射科30名护士进行观察，以发现存在于放射科护理中存在的护理纠纷，进一步对这些护士进行调查考核以发现产生这些护理纠纷的原因，提出干预措施，进行护理纠纷的预防干预。结果 30名放射科护士积极配合干预措施，使干预后30名护士的专业知识考核通过率、急救技能考核通过率分别较干预以前有明显的提高，有统计学差异（χ2=6.31、6.23，P0.05），暴力的发生率、病人投诉率分别较干预以前下降，差异也有统计学差异（χ2=5.31、6.87，P0.05）。结论 放射科护理在协助患者明确诊断和判断疗效过程中发挥了重要的作用，但是护理工作中存在较多的安全隐患，发现这些护理纠纷，并进行积极的干预处理，可以显著提高放射科护士的护理质量和自我保护意识，减少护理纠纷的发生，最终协助医生提高患者的治疗成功率和生活质量，在临床上有积极的意义。 [关键词] 放射科护理；护理纠纷；预防对策 The Investigation and Prevention of Radiology Nursing Disputes Yunnanshengqujingshifuyouyiyuanfangsheke zhangqiaoquan 655000 [Abstract]Object To investigate the causes of radiology nursing disputes, and to explore preventive measures. Methods Five hospitals in the region of Radiology, 30 nurses were observed,found radiology nursing care disputes,further investigated these nurses to identify the reasons for the disputes, proposed interventions for the prevention of nursing disputes..Results 30 radiology nurses actively cooperated with the intervention.The professional knowledge examination pass rates, first-aid skills assessment after the intervention were significant higher than before intervention, with statistically significant difference (χ2 = 6.31,6.23 , P 0.05); the incidence of violence, patient complaints were lower compared after intervention with the before intervention, the differences were also statistically significant (χ2 = 5.31,6.87, P 0.05). Conclusion Radiology care played an important role in assisting patients with the diagnosis and determination of the efficacy , but there were many nursing safety problems found in these nursing dispute, and aggressive intervention could significantly improve the radiology nurses quality of care and self-protection, reduce the incidence of care disputes, and ultimately helped doctors improve patient success rate and quality of life in a positive clinical significance.
