我国民营企业海外上市模式探析 摘要:在经济全球化和国际金融资本一体化的大背景下，国际资本流向中国、中国的企业走向海外，纷纷到海外融资己是大势所趋。目前，全球证券市场已开始加紧到中国物色上市资源，作为中国经济重要组成部分的民营经济怎样抓住机遇，利用国际资本的“血液”谋求自身更好的发展，己成为民营企业向国际化经营发展的战略选择。而选择何种模式进行海外上市，更是民营企业海外上市亟待研究解决的问题。 本文从我国民营企业海外上市现状入手，对海外上市的动因，主要模式，上市地点及上市时机等进行了系统的论述，希望为我国欲海外上市的民营企业提供一点儿思路。愿我国民企结合自身特点走出一条海外上市的成功路! 关健词： 海外上市；IPO上市；造壳上市　 The private enterprises listed overseas model of china Abstract:Economic globalization and international financial capital against the background of the integration of international capital flows to China, to overseas Chinese enterprises, overseas financing has to have is the gen
