Document No. UGS01/T08 Crane Performance Publication Date 08/06/2008 and Date Revised - Acceptance Test Instructions Revision No. 00 Page No. 1/3 OBJECTIVE: To register the quality of products manufactured at BVS BÜLBÜLOĞLU CRANE INDUSTRY AND TRADING CORPORATION, to form a system for performance of all kinds of tests and to sustain it. SCOPE: Covers all raw materials and goods that can affect the quality of the product. RESPONSIBILITY: The Quality and Production Department personnel of BVS BÜLBÜLOĞLU CRANE INDUSTRY AND TRADING CORPORATION are responsible to implement the provisions appearing in these instructions. TEST For testing, suitable load, lifting equipment is secured and the necessary energy supply for testing the crane is provided before start of implementation of testing procedures. Loads to be prepared for testing are the followings: a) Nominal Load (SWL)*: This is the load with which the crane can safely operate. This is indicated on the label attached to the crane. b) Dynamic Testing Load: This is 25% more than the nominal load(nominal load x 1.25) c) Static Testing Load: This is 40% more than the nominal load (nominal load x 1.40). 1.1) Functional Test After the completion of the assembly works, make a detailed visual inspection of the crane.
