高校隐性思想政治教育现存问题及其对策的研究.pdf

摘 要 高校思想政治教育根据其实施的方式和对教育对象作用机制的不同特征， 可以分为显性思想政治教育和隐性思想政治教育。我国在过去几十年的思想政 治教育过程中，对于显性思想政治教育理论和实践的研究都取得了很大的成 绩，隐性思想政治教育理论与实践的研究相对滞后，这样势必使思想政治教育 过于单一、片面，影响思想政治教育的成效，阻碍思想政治教育目标的实现。 所以，加强对隐性思想政治教育理论与实践的研究，是高校思想政治教育工作 的主要内容，是保障高校思想政治教育工作可持续发展的重要途径。 本文以马克思主义理论为指导，运用了文献法、理论与实际相结合、中外 比较分析等研究方法，对高校隐I生思想政治教育进行研究。首先，通过对高校 隐性思想政治教育内涵的阐述，总结出高校隐性思想政治教育不同于显性思想 政治教育的独特优势；其次，按照思想政治教育的教育者、教育对象和教育媒 介的顺序，分析了高校隐性思想政治教育工作中存在的问题，并且分层次总结 出形成这些问题的根本原因；最后，从加强高校教师师德建设、加强大学生学 风建设、优化校园文化建设等方面提出了加强高校隐性思想政治教育建设性对 盘盘 习良。 高校思想政治教育工作需要显性思想政治教育与隐性思想政治教育相结 合，两方面都要一起抓，共同作用，结合我国高校的现实情况，才能构建出有 中国特色的思想政治教育理论与实践的体系。希望本文能够为我国高校隐性思 想政治教育的发展贡献一份绵薄之力。 该论文有参考文献50篇。 关键词：高校；思想政治教育；隐性思想政治教育 AbStraCt and education toits of Ideologicalpolitical accordingiIIlplementation the arntIledin、erem of arm edlJcation cbaracters，mechanism object meolo百cal way canbediVidedintodominantandrecessiVe and education ideological political education．Ourme decadesof auld political count巧inpast ideologicalpoliticm education and educationfordominalltand process，theideologicalpolitical theor)r I协Vemade and ofresearch achieVements，t11e practice great ideologicalpolitical educationrecessiVe ofthe the theo巧锄dpractice ofthe and education the and I-ecessiVe，of 1agging ideologicalpolitical theoI
