Firstly ,researchers summarized the characteristics of justice thoughts in ancient China to set up the initial foundation for the later research. Secondly ,they undertook a much detailed study on how to imple ment fair idea in practice by rulers after the Han Dynasty. Again ,they pointed out the positive significance ,theoretical defects and rough idea of the transition. However ,on the whole ,there were some deficiencies ,such as weak research in terests ,lack of sorting out information ,lack of research theory and method and failing to construct a complete research framework ,which requests us to deeply reflect to promote the development of the study. 三 ,现状与实践研究 , 即我国现阶段社会不公问
