Non-Explosive Actuators, LPW 10 Introduction This document presents the MAVEN Particles and Fields Package (PFP) Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA) per the MAVEN Mission Assurance Requirements document (MAR) DID 3-2 and PFP Mission Assurance Implementation Plan (MAIP). It identifies safety critical areas, provides an initial assessment of hazards, and identifies requisite hazard controls and follow-on actions.
