优秀论文 审核通过 未经允许 切勿外传 重庆大学本科学生毕业设计（论文） 摩擦片表面去毛刺机床设计 学 生：学 号：指导教师：助理指导教师：专 业：机械设计制造及其自动化 二OO九年六月  摘 要 本文针对摩擦片表面去毛刺的加工现状，着重对砂带磨削机床进行了相关研究与设计。根据设计任务的要求，运用专用机床设计方法，通过各种计算校核，运用制图表达等，最终实现机床的这一功能，可以很好的完成摩擦片表面去毛刺这一加工任务。本文的主要内容包括： 1.介绍目前摩擦片表面去毛刺的加工现状和国内外砂带磨床的发展现状和发展趋势，以及砂带磨床设计的简介。 2.砂带磨床总体方案的确定，主要是确定机床的总体布局，各功能模块的实现方案，以及主要技术参数的选择与确定和传动链的计算。 3.砂带磨床的各功能模块的详细设计，主要是主轴，磨头，工作台，进给系统的详细设计，包括各部分的结构，装配以及功能分析。 关键词：摩擦片，去毛刺，砂带磨削，机床  ABSTRACT In this paper, the friction surface of the processing status of deburring, abrasive belt grinding machine tool focused on a related research and design.
