第 24 卷 第 3 期 工 程 管 理 学 报 Vol. 24 No. 3 2010 年 06 月 Journal of Engineering Management Jun. 2010 2009 年建筑业发展统计分析 住房和城乡建设部计划财务与外事司 中国建筑业协会 摘 要：在翔实的统计数据基础上，从建筑业产值、经营效益、施工面积、新增合同额、从业人员、劳动生产率、对外承包 等方面对 2009 年建筑业总体情况进行了分析。总结出 2009 年中国建筑业地区发展差异加大、建筑市场分布相对集中等 6 个特点。从专业类别、资质等级、注册地区和登记类型 4 个角度，对 2009 年中国建筑业特级、一级企业的主要指标增长率、 建筑业总产值比例、建筑业利润比例等基本情况进行了分析。 关键词：0H 建筑业；统计分析；1H 特级企业；一级企业 中图分类号：F407.9 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1674-8859 （2010 ）03-237-10 Statistics Analysis on Development of the Construction Industry of 2009 in China Finance and Foreign Affairs ，Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China ， China Construction Industry Association Abstract: Based on the statistics data ，the general situation of the construction industry of 2009 in China was analyzed from seven views: output value ，economic benefit，construction area，employees’ situation，labor productivity and contracting overseas. The characteristics for the construction industry development of 2009 in China were summarized in six aspects，including the increase of regional development gap and relative concentration of construction market distribution. The basic situations of Chinese special and the first grade enterprises in 2009 were analyzed, including the growth rate of the main indicators ，total output value in the construction industry ，benefit ratio in the construction industry. The situations were detailed from four aspects of specialty category ， qualification ranking，registration region and registration type.
