Ecological as one variable quantity should have its status . The popularization of ecological development offers direction for its sustainable development . Based on its special geographical location, it will inevitably bear growing pain in the process of development .as the edge of the city, how to healthly realize the efficient ecological transformation is need to consider , before realizing the transition, we still have a lot of troubles to resolve. Nowadays the urban and rural areas ecological governance has made some achievements through the assault regulation and fixed check , but there is a distance towards the general goal .The main body responsibility loss, the alienation of the interests of the subject of governances influence and the lack of social capital are sharpened this predicament, tripartite cooperational governance framework maybe regarded as a wise choice. The government plays the lead role , changing the old industrial development, and promote the industrialization of ecological governance as well as civil societys wide participation can contribute their strength.
