摘 要 针对YNL拉模机电气控制系统采用手动操作，存在操作复杂，操作要求高，需要专门操作人员等缺点，设计了PLC控制系统。给出了电机主回路、PLC外围接线图；编制了系统运行梯形图和指令表；并对本系统所主要元件选型。改进后的控制系统实现了整个制板过程的自动化，不但提高了生产效率，还节省了劳动力，降低了生产成本，可以取得更大的经济效益。 关键词：PLC，内振拉模机，自动控制 Abstract Uses the manual operation in view of the YNL draw die machine electric control system, the existence operation is complex, the operation requests high, needs specially shortcomings and so on operators, has designed PLC the control system. Has given the electrical machinery main return route, the PLC periphery wiring diagram; Has established the systems operation trapezoidal chart and the instruction
