According to statistics,there are many traffic accidents every year, which are caused by abnormal change of tire pressure of cars.Thus,how to monitor the abnormal change of tire pressure efficiently and alert the driver timely has become an vital research subject. As an important portion of tire pressure monitoring system, the tire monitoring sensor’s performance has influence on the performance of the whole system and affect the safety of driver further. This paper introduce the background of tire monitoring sensor and its researching significance at first. Then,the paper introduce the chip SP37,the programming software,the programmer and the burner software.Next,the software design and the peripheral circuit design of sensor and the communicating protocol are introduced. Finally,the result and procedure of the development for the sensor and the precision and service life of it are mentioned.
