摘要 换热器是石油、化工、动力食品以及其它许多工业部门的通用设备，在生产中占有重要地位。在化工生产中，换热器可以作为加热器、冷却器、冷凝器、蒸发器和再沸器，应用十分广泛。换热器种类很多，但根据冷热流体热量交换的原理和方式，基本可分三大类，即间壁式、混合式和蓄热式。间壁式换热器中的U型管式换热器在化工生产中较为常用。本设计是关于U型管换热器的设计，用冷却水冷却低压蒸汽。根据最新的技术标准，结合传统的设计方法，经过结构设计、强度校核以及换热器的制造、检验、安装、维修等步骤，完成了该设计。其中结构设计主要包括管箱、圆筒、管板、折流板、防冲挡板、旁路挡板、接管和法兰、容器法兰、支座等的设计；强度校核包括筒体、封头、垫片、管箱短节、开孔补强、法兰、管板的校核。 关键词：换热器 U型管 设计 校核 Abstract The abstract heat interchanger is the petroleum, chemical, power foodas well as other many industry sectors general purpose equipment,holds the important status in the production.
