It is concluded that on tradit ional market with oneretailer and onesupplier, the transaction cost of the retailer is transferred to the supplier by half while supply chain is coordinated by means of execution price; on online reverse auction with multi suppliers and oneretailer, supply chain coordination doesn t realize w hen the re tailer pays the ecommission; if the winning supplier pays t he ecommission, the necessary condition for the supply chain coordination is that the ecommission is low er t han t he variable production cost.
