毕业设计说明书(论文) 邯郸市邯台大厦交通影响分析 摘 要 交通影响评价是以最大限度地平抑城市局部的开发所引起的交通需求与交通供给之间的不平衡为目标,运用定性和定量相结合的方法,分析开发项目对周边一定范围内的道路交通设施造成的影响,根据交通影响评价分析结果,提出确定保持服务水平不下降的对策的一系列方法措施。 其在分析收集相关资料的基础上,对国内外交通影响分析情况进行了概述,并对已有研究成果进行了分析评价,引出研究对象——大型商业和居住设施。针对大型商业和居住设施的交通影响特点,阐述大型商业和居住设施交通生成的特点与交通方式构成的主要影响因素,并在一般交通生成预测方法的基础上提出了基于活动饱和率的大型商业和居住设施交通生成总量预测计算方法;对于交通影响范围,提出了基于交叉口服务水平的交通影响范围确定方法;针对大型商业和居住设施交通影响程度的评价内容:路段、交叉口、停车设施和公共交通设施的评价,提出相应的评价指标和方法,给出综合评价指数的计算方法及评判标准,从而加强交通组织管理,促进城市的发展和进步。 关键词: 交通影响分析 土地利用 交通分布 交通组织 影响评价 Abstract Traffic impact evaluation is to maximize brings city local development arising between traffic demand and supply imbalance as the goal, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, analysis and development projects on the periphery within a certain range of facilities of the road traffic impact, according to the analysis of traffic impact evaluation results, we put forward to maintain service level does not fall on a series of measures.
