* 现象分析 ●环境污染(2013佛山二模) It’s an alarming phenomenon that with the increasingly serious air pollution, the air quality in cities is becoming worse and worse. The gases from cars and factories keep coming into the air without being absorbed by enough trees, because trees have been cut down in large quantities. People’s health will be harmed once these gases are taken in, which may cause a series of diseases like lung cancer. To improve the situation, we suggest that the number of cars should be controlled and the factories should be prevented from pouring out wastes. And when we go out, we should try to walk or take public transportations rather than drive our own cars. Recently the safety of school buses has become an increasingly serious problem, which has attracted more and more attention. In our class a discussion has been held on the cause and solutions. We think that the problem is mainly caused by overloading, speeding and weak safety awareness. As for the solutions, we reach the agreement that schools and kindergartens are requested to examine the safety of school buses and stop risky vehicles from being operated. Only if people attach great importance to safety education to raise safety awareness can traffic accidents decrease. ●校车安全问题 ●不吃早餐的习惯 I’m very much honored to give you a speech on healthy breakfast. As far as I know, some students in our class often go to school without having breakfast while others do have breakfast but not a well-balanced one. Consequently, their health and study efficiency are negatively affected. According to my personal experience, a healthy and well-balanced breakfast should consist of whole grains, eggs and milk, fruits and vegetables because the grain which contains carbohydrates can provide the energy we need every day. Furthermore, eggs and milk can also supply protein, and fruits and vegetables are good for healthy digestion as well. Therefore, I strongly suggest that we should get up early and have a well-ba
