The clinical study of Yinchensiwujiawei decoction to treat the Syndrome of asthenia of Qi and Blood and of impeding of damp and hot and congestion of Premature ventricular beats caused by Coronary heart disease Speciality：Department of Chinese internal medicine Writer ：Yangyonghui Tutor：Professor Zhangshiliang Abstract Objective ： To study the clinical value and theory root of Yinchensiwujiawei decoction to treat the Syndrome of asthenia of Qi and Blood and of impeding of damp and hot and congestion of Premature ventricular beats caused by Coronary heart disease.Methods ： 60 patients of Ventricular premature beat (VPB) caused by Coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the curative group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases).Shensongyangxin capsule was given to the control group. The other group was dosed Yinchensiwujiawei decoction.The course of clinical treatment is four weeks.Results ： 1. the total effect rate of the curative group of 86.67%,which was not obviously change comparing with the control group of 76.67%(P ＞0.05).2.The total effect rate of ameliorating symptom of the curative group was 90%,which was evidently superior of that of the control group of 60%(P＜0.05).3.The both group had remarkable effect upon improving cardiac functions and electrocardiogram,and decreasing heart rates. Conclusion： this study enriches the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine treating PVB and is indicated that Yinchensiwujiawei decoction exerts large effect on improving clinic symptoms.
