In recent years, due to the rapid development, continually expanding scale in HaoJing College, the teaching material management become more and more complex, the traditional manual management way has already could not meet its needs of the teaching material management. The main functions of this design of inventory management system of HaoJing teaching material is divided into: inventory management, warehouse management, inventory management, query management, rights management. It can operate Win98/2000 / XP/Win7 system. The function of HaoJing College’s teaching material management system is complete, it operate easily for the teachers and students of HaoJing College, the detailed query module of the system will also help them query all kinds of teaching materials fast. HaoJing College’s teaching material management system is applicable to solve HaoJing College’s all kinds of problems of teaching material inventory management, such as cumbersome operation, information updates, and low security , it has given a detailed solution. This system has accorded with HaoJing College’s motto: In pursuit of excellence, try to be concise and efficient. Key words: Teaching material,HaoJing College,Inventory management 基于Java SE的镐京学院教务材料管理系统的设计与开发 摘 要 本论文着重论述了镐京学院教务材料管理系统开发时的主要设计思想及系统实现的详细过程及使用方法。由于镐京学院近些年来飞速发展、规模不断地扩大、教务材料管理变得越来越复杂，传统的手工管理方式已经不能符合镐京学院现在对教务材料管理的需求。本次设计的镐京学院教务材料库存管理系统的主要功能分为：入库管理、出库管理、盘点管理、查询管理、权限管理。它可以运行Win98/2000/XP/Win7系统。镐京学院教务材料管理系统功能全，易操作方便镐京学院的师生的使用。该系统中有详细的查询模块可以帮助镐京学院的师生快速的查询各种教务材料。本系统采用了面向对象开发的设计方法，系统的操作方式、界面均为Win7风格。在Windows7操作系统
