摘 要 职业生涯规划教育是一个持续不断的过程，它贯穿人的一生，其目的是为了增强 自我教育的意识与能力，提高人的自我规划、自我发展能力，从而实现个体全面发展 和自我实现的目的。 从职业生涯规划的视野来审视思想政治教育并发展思想政治教育是一个全新的 尝试，职业生涯规划和思想政治教育两者之间有共同的教育目标，把两者有机结合起 来，试图对思想政治教育提供新的理论指导是本文的写作目的。 职业生涯规划视野下的思想政治教育研究，是基于在社会发展过程中人的个体价 值的实现和思想政治教育的教育内容、方法创新的迫切要求，通过职业生涯规划教育 的介入来解决思想政治教育，深入研究职业生涯规划教育与思想政治教育的内在关联 性、职业生涯规划教育和思想政治教育融合的必要性和可行性，在马克思主义理论的 指导下，结合科学发展观和我国的国情，来构建职业生涯规划视野下的思想政治教育， 提高思想政治教育的教育功能是本文的最重要的创新。 本文的研究遵循了从历史到现实、从理论到实践、宏观到微观的路径原则来进行 研究，把思想政治教育放到职业生涯规划视野中去研究，并对传统思想政治教育进行 了全面的反思、辩证的分析。在此基础上，提出了解决传统思想政治教育中存在问题 的对策及建议。 关键词：职业生涯规划；思想政治教育；人的全面发展；人生哲理 Occupation career planning from the perspectiveof Ideological and political Education Research Abstract Occupation career education is a continuous process, it runs through the whole life of human, its purpose is to improve the self planning, self development ability, enhance the consciousness and ability of self education, so as to realize the all-round development of the individual self and achieve the purpose of Occupation career planning from the perspective of Ideological and political education to examine and develop the ideological and political education is a new attempt, occupation career planning and the ideological and political education both have common goals of education, combine the ideological and political education, trying to provide some new theoretical guidance Occupation career planning from the perspective of Ideological and political education research, is based on the social development in the process of the realization of individual value of Ideological and political education content, education method innovation of urgent need, the occupation career planning education to analyze the ideological and
