犬烟酸缺乏症的初步研究 潘寿文 方建强 （公安部南京警犬研究所，江苏 南京 210012） 摘 要：烟酸对的生长具有重要的作用在体内，烟酸易转变成具有生物活性的烟酰胺，烟酰胺重要辅酶烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD)和烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸(NADP)的成分，这些辅酶还参与碳水化合物、脂类和蛋白质代谢，体内烟酸缺乏，会妨碍辅酶合成，影响生物氧化，使新陈代谢发生障碍，从而引起癞皮病、角膜炎、神经和消化系统紊乱。B 。同时，改变基础日粮配方，增配足够的烟酸、多种B族维生素，可达到更好的治疗和预防本症发生的目的。 关键词：犬 , 烟酸 , 缺乏症 , 研究 Dog nicotine acid deficiencys preliminary study PAN Shou-wen ， Fang Jian-qiang (Ministry of Public Security Nanjing Police dog Research institute, Jiangsu Nanjing 210012) Abstract：Nicotinic Acid has an important role in reproduction, growth and development of the dog. In vivo, Nicotinic Acid turns to bioactivity nicotinamide, which is the important composition of Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide(NAD) and Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide Phosphate Hydride(NADP), and these two coenzyme involve in the metabolism of Carbohydrate, Lipid and Protein. If there is not enough Nicotinic Acid in vivo, the synthesis of coenzyme will be interfered, and biological oxidation will be affected, so that the metabolism will have some obstacles, which will arise pellagra, keratitis, disturbance of nervous system and digestive system. Illness brought by deficiency is mainly caused by imbalant basal diet, excessive corn feed, and the diet which is lack of rice bran and wheat bran. The key of diagnose of this illness is that identification of this symptom from the pathological changes which induced by deficiency of sarcoptes scabiei and Zinc element. Once diagnosed, sick dog should be feed suitable amount of nicotinamide and Vitamin B complex. At the same time, changing the formula of basal diet, adding enough nicotinic acid and many kinds of Vitamin B will prevent and cure this illness more effectively.
