United States, Japan, Germany, France, Britain and other Western countries are the major trading powers. Now, China has no doubt become a trading nation, how about Chinas trade power from- a big shift to the discussion has been going on for a long time. This paper uses China From a Large Trading Country to a Powerful One Transformation Path and Measures for the study, analysis of Chinas foreign trade development status, and trade power for the gap between reality and thus to explore our countrys shift from the big trading powers and the strategic path specific measures. Strategy of rejuvenating trade through science and technology, regulate the export industry, to accelerate the development of service industries, the use of refocusing strategy, the establishment of export credit credit system, is the shift from the big trading powers of practical measures.
