摘要 广州城市交通与土地利用类型的关系研究 专 业：交通信息工程及控制 硕士生：方明 指导老师：李军 摘要 本文在分析广州城市与交通发展现状的基础上，从经济学供求理论及系统动 力学角度对广州城市交通与土地利用类型之间的关系进行了研究。 研究表明广州土地利用类型的变化，改变了城市交通的供求关系；公共设施 用地过度集中造成交通需求呈现刚性和不均衡性；工业用地外迁促进了郊区道路 的R益拓展和完善，这反过来促使工业企业集中在道路所覆盖区域；道路交通用 地的增加改变了人的出行偏好和出行需求，提升经济发展水平，带来更多道路交 通用地需求；机动车快速增长加大停车用地需求，而停车用地严重不足极大制约 了交通可达性；禁止摩托车和电动自行车政策拉动自行车需求及其停车用地的需 求，用地规划需要综合考虑不同交通方式的需求。论文最后针对广州交通发展存 在的具体问题提出相应的对策建议。 关键词：城市交通土地利用类型交通供求关系系统动力学 ABSTR^C下 Researchonthe betweenUrbanTraffic Relationship and LandUsePatternin Guangzhou Information andControl Major：Traffic Engineering Name：FANG Ming Jun Supervisor：LI Abstract In thethesis，theauthorstudiedtherelationsbetweentheurbantra伍candland in to using themicro-economicsand Guangzhouaccording systemdynamics． The showsthe study that suburbanizationofresidentialland the pushes constructionofurban constructionof enhancesthe subway．Meanwhile，thesubway buildof estate the over-centralizationoflandfor alongsubwaylines．Secondly,the facilitiesleadsto and public the lack intraffic rigidity ofuniformitydemands．Thirdly, theexternal theindustrial of landincreasesthe ofroadin migration
