本科毕业设计（论文） 世界专利（PCT）申请格局研究 学 院 经济与贸易学院 专 业 国际经济与贸易 年级班别 2007级（1）班 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 2011年 6 月 摘 要 随着知识经济和经济全球化的深入发展，知识产权日益成为各国发展的战略资源和国际竞争力的核心要素，PCT申请的申请量在一定程度上已成为反映一个国家、一个地区乃至一个企业的经济实力、可持续发展能力和参与国际竞争能力的标志。PCT体系越来越受到世界各国的关注和认可，成为各国专利申请寻求多国保护的首选途径。PCT自1978年生效以来，申请量从459飙升至2010年的162900件，可谓是发展速度迅速。而在这30多年间，世界专利PCT的申请格局也发生了变化。 本文从PCT的历史背景、申请程序、世界总体形势、全球的技术分布、申请人分布等方面，着重分析PCT的各方面特点和形势，来解读和研究世界专利PCT的申请格局。同时对中国的PCT 申请历程和格局也进行了分析，为我国的PCT申请之路提出了一些看法和建议。 关键词：PCT，申请格局， 特点 注：本论文题目来源于教师的省级科研项目，项目编号为：100107 Abstract As the knowledge-based economy and the deepening of economic globalization, intellectual property is increasingly becoming the strategic resource of national development and the core elements of international competitiveness, PCT application filings have become a symble of reflecting a country, a region and even a business enterprise’s economic strength, sustainability and ability to participate in international competition to some extent. PCT system gets more and more attention and recognition around the world and becomes the best choice when countries seeking multi-country patent protection. Since the PCT came into force in 1978, applications rose from 459 to of 162,900, it can be described as the rapid pace of development. During the 30 years, PCT application pattern and situations of the world has changed.  In this paper, I analyzes the characteristics of PCT from these aspects of the situation like the historical background of PCT, application procedures, the overall world situation, global technology distribution and application distribution, etc., to interpret and study the world PCT patent application situation.
