胶水盖注塑模设计 摘 要 随着社会的发展，普通的模具越来越不能满足人们日常生活及工业、农业的需要，在人们不断追求，改进及社会不断适应人们需求的前提下，经过不断地创新、研究，塑料模具在日常生活中已经得到了广泛的应用,并逐步向新的阶段迈进使我国模具的发展提升到一个全新的台阶，带到了一个全新的领域。 注塑制品现已广泛应用在国防工业、交通运输业、机电产品、建筑材料、农业、科教卫生和日常生活用品中已成为人们日常生活和国民经济发展中不可缺少的一种重要物品。但随着社会化进程的加快，人类需求量的增大，模具的发展为了能满足人类的需求，技术人员必须设计出质量、技术、精度、复杂程度的都要求较高的模具来带动和适应高新技术及人类的需要，经过研究人员的不懈努力，一批拥有高质量、高技术、高精度的注塑模具应运而生，更大限度的满足了工业、农业及人们日常生活等方面的需要。 而此次我设计的正是根据注塑模具在日常生活中的需要，设计了一个塑料胶水的瓶盖，该瓶盖采用ABS塑料的制造，以注塑模为主体，将模具的分型面、浇注系统、流道、浇口等的设计表现的十分明了。通过这次设计也充分的体现了我在注塑模具这方面的实训练习。 关键词：注塑模，ABS塑料，分型 Glue covered the design of injection mold ABTRACT With the development of society, ordinary people die more and can not meet the daily life and industry, agriculture needs, people are constantly seeking to improve and the community needs to adapt to the premise that people, through continuous innovation, research, and in 1953, Changchun First Automobile Works was established in China die first workshop, in 1958 the plant began manufacturing automotive panel die. The design of the plastic mold in accordance with the needs in their daily lives, we designed a plastic bottle of glue, the use of ABS plastic bottle manufacturing, in order to injection mold, stamping die for the main body of the mold surface , gating system, flow channel, gate design, etc. In
