 白云鄂博磁铁矿石中氟元素赋存状态及其走向研究 摘要 本课题针对白云鄂博磁铁矿中氟元素的赋存状态及走向进行研究分析，因该矿储量巨大，矿石中氟含量高，而氟元素大部分赋存在萤石和氟碳铈石矿物中，又因白云鄂博矿石难选矿，本课题进行了对原矿工艺矿物学研究，选矿工艺试验研究，得出主要成果：查明矿物中主要成分，嵌布关系，分析出了氟元素的赋存状态，含氟主要矿物萤石和稀土氟碳铈石。通过包钢选矿厂对磁铁矿采用阶段磨矿——阶段选别工艺流程，进行跟踪连续取样和化验，对氟元素的走向进行分析，确定了氟元素化合物大部分进入了尾矿，少量进入铁精矿中。通过了解目前氟元素在国内外的现状，氟元素的地位和对人体的作用，对今后氟矿的利用提出建议，并对今后包钢选矿厂磁铁矿铁精矿品位的提高提供了宝贵的材料。 关键字： 磁铁矿 氟元素 赋存 状态 走向 The study for occurrence and trend of fluorine element In Baiyun Ebo magnetic iron ore ABSTRACT This class the fluorine elements tax saves the research which to the Baiyunebo magnetite in the condition and moves toward, this ore reserves is huge, in the ore the fluorine content is high, the fluorine element majority of tax existence fluorspar and in the fluorine carbon cerium stone mineral, in view of the Baiyunebo ore difficult dressing, this experiment to have carried on to the undressed ore craft mineralogy research, the dressing engineer testing research, obtains the main achievement: Verifies in the mineral the principal constituent, inlays the cloth relations, analyzed the fluorine element tax to save the condition, including fluorine essential mineral fluorspar and rare earth fluorine carbon cerium stone. Uses the stage rubbing - - stage classification technical process through the Baotou Steel Factory ore dressing plant, carries on the track continuous sampling and the chemical examination, carries on the analysis to the fluorine elements trend, had determined the fluorine element entered the debris majority, enters in few hard ore concentrate.
