智能停车场管理系统 摘 要 随着中国汽车工业的发展和鼓励轿车进入家庭及一系列相关政策的实施，特别事伴随着大城市经济的发展和城市现代化水平的提高，城市静态交通问题越来越突出。解决城市交通堵塞和停车难的问题，已经成为影响和制约城市建设和经济发展的一个重要因素。 但我国停车场水平相对世界其他国家而言比较落后，大部分都事以投入大量人力为前提的，随着社会水平的不断提高以及人们的时间观念的提高，人们对停车场的要求也越来越高，例如存（取）车的时间尽量缩短、入场无需停车、智能收费、停车诱导、车位定位以及视频防盗系统、usp不间断电源供电等。 本文基于RFID智能识别和高速的视频图像和存储比较相结合，通过计算机的图像处理和自动识别，对车辆进出停车场的收费、保安和管理等，以实现全方位智能管理。 关键词：智能管理，射频（RFID），车牌自动识别，不停车进场，智能计费 Intelligent Parking Management System ABSTRACT With the development of Chinas auto industry and encourage car into the family and a series of policy implementation, particularly things along with the big city economic development and raising the level of urban modernization, urban static traffic problems has become increasingly prominent.
