The complaints system is an important element of maintaining customer loyalty. The customer is the survival of the enterprise, base of operations, the source of strength. Cultivate customer loyalty, and achieve real customer satisfaction, should pay attention to the many factors that affect customer satisfaction, but also to properly handle customer complaints. Build customer loyalty is an important means of modern enterprises to maintain customer relationships, customer dissatisfaction and complaints, should adopt a positive attitude to deal with customer complaints can help companies to re-establish credibility, improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer loyalty.
