西安建筑科技大学华清学院 本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 高层建筑火灾自动报警与联动控制系统设计 院（系）： 机械电子工程系 专业班级： 自动化 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： 时 间： 2014年 06月04日 新华大厦火灾报警与消防联动控制系统的设计 设计总说明 本工程为高层新华大厦,使用功能为宾馆和娱乐，总共12层，建筑总高度为48.60米，总建筑面积 10133.86平方米。其中地下室是设备用房，一层为商场，二、三层为娱乐，四层以上为宾馆，建筑防火分类：二类。本设计为高层火灾自动报警与联动控制系统,首先说明火灾探测器、手动报警按钮、消防电话、消防广播等的选择原则、布置等，通过计算结确定探测器数量，同时也进行了消防广播、消防电话等设计工作；消防自动报警系统按两总线环路设计,本系统分二个回路,一层~ 三层为一个回路；四~ 十二层为一个回路。消防联动控制对象包括:消火栓按钮直接启动消防泵、压力开关动作启动喷淋泵、风机联动控制及电梯迫降控制。消防控制室可对消火栓泵、自动喷淋泵、风机，通过模块进行自动控制还可在联动控制台上通过硬线手动控制，并接收其返馈信号。消防控制室在火灾确认后，强制电梯降至首层并开门，除消防电梯外其他电梯断电停止运行。火灾报警后，消防中心应根据火灾情况控制相关阀、风机，并且阀、风机的动作信号要反馈至消防中心。 关键词：消防；火灾报警；联动控制 Xinhua Building Fire Alarm and Fire Linkage Control System Design Design Description This project for high-level xinhua building, use function for the hotel and entertainment, a total of 12 layer, building a total height of 48.60 meters, a total construction area of 10133.86 square meters.
