河北建筑工程学院成人教育学院 毕业论文 课题 名称 PHP退火炉比例控制系统设计 专业： 机电一体化 姓名： 阎 发 学号： 51号 起迄日期： 2013年5月-----2013年11月 指导教师： 石树正 河北建筑工程学成人教育学院 PHP退火炉比例控制系统设计 摘 要: 退火炉是用于金属带材和线材的光亮退火处理的重要设备，由于其占地面积小，费用低，因而得到了广泛的应用，目前应用最多，技术最成熟的就是全氢罩式退火炉。全氢罩式退火炉技术所采用的加热气体为氢气，其安全性，可靠性要求很高。如果没有安全，可靠的控制系统，不仅全氢罩式炉的生产不能进行，而且还有破坏整个生产设备的可能。 本文针对全氢罩式退火炉在退火过程中的应用，在分析退火炉工作原理和工作特性的基础上，给出了采用PLC进行顺序控制的基本原理及方法，代替了以往主要基于手工操作的继电器控制方法，从而在很大程度上提高了系统的稳定性，安全性，精确性，也大大提高提高了系统的自动化程度，改善了操作人员的劳动强度，降低了能源消耗和故障率。同时通过系统的设计，可以看到，采用PLC进行工业系统过程控制，具有程序设计周期短，灵活运用，维护方便，抗干扰能力强，工艺改进方便等诸多优越性。相比较以往的继电器控制方式，使系统的性能有了有效的提高。 Abstract The annealing furnace is uses in the sheet metal strip and the line material light annealing processing important equipment, because its area small, expense low, thus obtained the widespread application, at present applies many, the technology most is mature is the entire hydrogen covers the type annealing furnace.
