摘 要 本文以设计一个中试车间的工艺条件为目标，分别从中试车间的概念、目的、特点、GMP和中试车间的布局等方面入手，逐一阐述中试车间生产的要求。主要介绍了中试车间的工艺条件，包括普通生产区和精烘包结净操作工作室，其中详细的总结了普拉格雷、利拉鲁肽、盐酸贝西沙星和抗生素类药物四中药物的工艺合成方法和工艺条件，最后还对中式车间的三废（废水、废气和废渣）处理、消防安全、卫生要求以及中试车间对人流与物流的要求做了规定和说明。 关键词：中试 ，工艺条件， 三废 ABSTRACT In this paper, in order to design a test in between process conditions for the goal, separately from the test among the concept, purpose, characteristics, GMP and test between layout and other aspects, one by one elaborate test among the production requirements.
