现场总线Profibus简介 广泛的应用领域 电力工业和输配电 电厂自动化系统 电厂开关装置 电厂保护装置 产品认证 PROFISafe 规范 技术开发 PROFIBUS is a vendor-independent, open fieldbus standard for a wide range of applications in manufacturing and process automation. Vendor-independence and openness are ensured by the international standard IEC 61158. PROFIBUS allows communication between devices of different manufacturers without any special interface adjustment. PROFIBUS can be used for both high-speed time critical applications and complex communication tasks. ? PROFIBUS offers functionally graduated communication protocols (Communication Profiles): DP and FMS. Depending on the application, the transmission technologies (Physical Profiles) RS-485, IEC 1158-2 or fiber optics are available. In the course of further technical development, the PROFIBUS User Organization is currently working on the implementation of universal concepts for vertical integration on the basis of TCP/IP. In addition to the cost reductions in hardware and during installation, further cost reductions in engineering and in the operating phase of the plant are achieved. Vendor independent engineering tools simplify the parameterization, set-up and documentation of the system. Due to the improved communication capabilities, more process variables can be transmitted and processed in the control system without additional effort. This means that the process can be optimized more precisely and the consumption of raw-materials and resources can be minimized. PROFIBUS has proven its practical use in more than 300,000 applications world-wide. The application range covers manufacturing automation like car manufacturing at BMW, General Motors, Ford, Fiat etc.; building automation like in the Bibliothèque Nationale de France and process automation like in an oil refinery, polymer storage tanks or glue production.
