毕 业 设 计（论文） 2016 届 题 目 增益可调射频宽带放大器设计 专 业 电子信息工程 学生姓名 学 号 指导教师 论文字数 约1万1千 完成日期 20112月15日 湖 州 师 范 学 院 教 务 处 印 制  增益可调射频宽带放大器设计 摘 要：射频放大器是通信系统收发STC89C52为控制核心来实现增益可调的射频宽带放大器设计。本设计的放大部分采用三级放大，高速运放OPA695作为前置固定增益放大，用于阻抗匹配并降低信号源输入的噪声，VCA821作为中间级的增益可调放大，THS3201作为后级的功率放大。该放大器具有前后级工作互不影响，频率特性良好的特点，而且整个系统稳定性强，实现了宽带放大，最后根据实际测量的数据，本设计的放大器能够较好完成增益可调宽带放大。 关键词：The Design of Gain Adjustable RF Broadband Amplifier Abstract: Radio frequency amplifier is an important part of the communication system, and the performance of the RF amplifier can directly affect the operation of the whole system. [1]. With the development of information technology in todays society, the requirements for RF broadband amplifiers are becoming higher and higher. In view of this, this paper realized a kind of RF broadband amplifier design with STC89C52 as the control core. The design of the amplifier using three amplifier, high speed operational amplifier OPA695 as a pre fixed gain amplifier for impedance matching and noise reduction signal input, VCA821 as the middle level adjustable gain amplifier, THS3201 power amplifier as post. The amplifier has the characteristics of good performance of the front and rear, the frequency characteristic is good, and the stability of the whole system is strong, and the broadband is amplified. Finally, according to the actual measurement data, the design of the amplifier can achieve a better gain adjustable broadband amplifier.
