Climate changes can cause many natural disasters that damage human society and huge losses to the economy now, which become serious problems in the world. After the Kyoto Protocol and the Copenhagen talk, some countries’ governments understand climate change is the threat in the world. However, different countries hold different attitudes and positions and most people are not aware the main cause of climate change. Therefore human beings will face more and more serious problems from the climate changes in the future. This report will explain climate change is caused by the human activities and the global warming cause many natural disasters in the world. In addition, the report will also point out the position and the policies about climate change in India. 2. Definition of climate change For the purpose of this report, climate change is a change in the statistical distribution of weather over periods of time that range from decades to millions of years. It can be a change in the average weather or a change in the distribution of weather event around an average, for example, greater or fewer extreme weather events.
