浅析当前我国房地产市场中业主开发商之间矛盾及解决.docVIP

摘要 经过10多年的快速发展，我国的房地产业已经名副其实地成为我国国民经济的一个重要支柱产业。10多年来，房地产业年投资额和房屋竣工面积翻了两番多，在扩大内需，防止通货膨胀，改善人民的居住和生活条件，拉动相关产业以及扩大就业面等方面都做出了重大贡献。房地产业直接为人们提供住宅等基本产品，是与人民生活息息相关、联系密切的一个行业，居住是人类生活最基本的一项内容，“安居方能乐业”，解决了住房问题，消除后顾之忧，人们才能安心工作、生活，可以说,一国百姓的安居将对社会的安定、经济的长期繁荣稳定起到巨大的保障作用。但近期业主与开发商、业主与物业管理公司之间不断产生的矛盾和纠纷暴露出房地产市场快速发展中的不平衡、不协调、不完善，并引发了一系列令人深思的问题。本文中针对房地产开发商与业主之间关注最多的纠纷问题，分析他们的产生根由，以探讨其解决之道。 关键词：国民经济 通货膨膨胀 Abstract After ten years of rapid development, Chinas real estate industry has literally become an important pillar industry of national economy in our country. More than a decade, the real estate industry in area of investment and building complete more than tripled, to expand domestic demand, to prevent inflation, improve peoples living and living conditions, drive related industry and expand employment, etc have made a significant contribution. Real estate directly provide housing and other basic products for people, is related to peoples life and closely related industry, living is one of the most basic human life, can only be happy housing, solve the housing problem, eliminate the trouble back at home, people can focus on their work and life, so to speak, a nation and the people of the housing will be for social stability and economic long-term prosperity and stability plays a huge role. But recent between owners and developers, owners and property management company constantly exposed the contradiction and dispute produced in the rapid development of the real estate market, unbalanced, uncoordinated, imperfect, and triggered a series of thought-provoking questions. This article in view of the disputes between property developers and owners pay close attention to most problems, analyze their main produce, in order to discuss the solution.
