对湖北十堰“鬼城”现象的思考.docVIP

摘要 据全国科学技术名词审定委员会审定，鬼城是指资源枯竭并被废弃的城市，属于地理学名词。随着城市化的推进，出现了越来越多的新规划高标准建设的城市新区，这些新城新区因空置率过高，鲜有人居住，夜晚漆黑一片，被形象地称 为“鬼城”。 2013年，中国出现了12座新的“鬼城”，中国鬼城的区域不仅在一二线城市凸显，甚至延伸到三四线城市。湖北十堰在“千亿削山建城”的力推下“鬼城”说已尘埃落定。本文以湖北十堰为研究重点，分析了近年来“鬼城”蔓延的原因、“鬼城”的特征、对人们生活的消极影响以及防止其蔓延的一系列措施，提出了政府、产业、投资者共同努力以实现我国房地产市场的可持续发展。 关键词：鬼城 湖北十堰 房地产经济 可持续发展  Abstract According to the national science and technology term committee’s examination and approval, “ghost town” refers to the abandoned city whose resource is dried up , which belongs to a geography term. Along with the advancement of urbanization, there are more and more new urban districts which are new planned and constructed on a high standard,due to the too high vacancy rate and few people to live, adding totally dark night, the new city zone was vividly called ghost towns. In 2013, the 12 new ghost towns appeared in China, Chinas ghost town area highlighted not only in second-tier cities, but also extends four-tier cities. Hubei Shiyan’s ghost town saying has been settled under the push of billions of cutting mountain to build cities . This paper takes Hubei Shiyan as the research key, analyzing the cause of ghost towns’s spreading in recent years, the characteristics of the ghost towns, the ghost towns negative impact on peoples life and a series of measures to prevent the spreading, proposing that the government, industry, investors work together to realize the sustainable development of the real estate market in China.
