In the meanwhile, based on Code of valuation with bill quantity of construction works (2008 version) and Zhejiang Scale Construction Budget (2003 version), combining the latest material market price and the detailed and practical situation of the project, we have finished the engineering inventory of Tong Ren Shan Zhuang villa c apartment. Though accurate engineering verifying again, we choose quantity price and take rates rationally according to the standard, and at last we get the engineering inventory more consistent with the actual project cost, in terms of a reasonable budget based on a list of technical economic analysis, so as to effectively control the cost of investment companies, to maximize the benefits. When summarizing and analyzing the example of this project, we come to the conclusion that the engineering inventory valuation model is one kind of bidding mode which is really fit with marketing economy system, and it is also the inevitable trend of future development.
