高等继续教育 毕业设计（论文） 题 目CJST新型塔盘在长庆天然气净化厂运行效果评价 CJST新型塔盘在长庆天然气净化厂运行效果评价 摘 要: 胺法天然气脱硫工艺中, 采用的醉胺溶液在循环使用过程中存在易降解、易发泡的问题，长庆气区天然气净化厂脱硫装置受塔盘结构和原料气气质影响, 脱硫塔在生产运行中经常发生拦液问题,严重影响装置的安全运行及供气，并且由于胺液夹带，造成硫磺回收装置、锅炉供热系统等相关生产单元生产波动。根据胺液发泡的机理, 对比分析了缓解发泡的主要措施及效果，并在理论分析和前期试验的基础上, 引进了改良型CJST 型塔盘在胺法天然气脱硫装里上开展现场应用试验及运行效果评价。通过试验,该塔盘不仅成功解决了脱硫塔拦液频繁的问题, 并且克服了以往CJST 塔盘脱碳效率低、塔顶带液的问题。本文结合第二净化厂1#天然气净化装置改造后的脱硫塔结构参数，核算了1#脱硫塔CJST高效塔盘的水力学性能，并根据CJST塔盘的运行状况，从脱硫塔稳定性、产品气质等工艺类指标和处理每万天然气的损耗率、生产蒸汽消耗等能耗类指标出发，将CJST塔盘与浮阀塔盘的运行效果分别进行了对比，评价了CJST塔盘的运行效果。 关键词：天然气；胺法脱硫；CJST 塔盘；效果评价 ABSTRACT The implementation of the field stimulation treatment is indispensable for field development at middle and later period. With the continuous deepening of field development , the major field production degree , a sharp increase in moisture content , and remaining recoverable reserves of small thickness , low abundance , the economic benefits of oil field development is declining. Accurately evaluating the effect of stimulation treatment guide reasonable planning of measure workload and measure elements to improve economic benefits. Non-stabilized well test plays an important role in the accurate assessment of stimulation effects as the primary means of evaluating the effectiveness of measures. This article mainly elaborates the fluid pressure characteristics , well test analysis model and curve characteristics of fracturing and water injection wells on the basis of the transient testing.Using pressure buildup test method grains the reservoir parameter ,the curve characteristics of the non-stabilized testing and interpretation parameters and intuitivly evaluates the fracturing effect .Using the water-injection well fall off test method to the water-injection well profile moderation the well test drawdown curve and carry on the well test to explain around, thus obtain the profile control reservoir natural parameters.
