毕业论文（设计）题 目： 2012年月摘 要 业务流程作为企业运营管理的一种基本形式，对其进行根本性的思考和再造，将飞跃性地改善成本、质量、服务和速度等现代企业的主要运营基础。ERP系统以现代管理思想、工具和方法为基础，信息为媒体，IT为手段，既为流程再造提供了强有力的基础和条件，又使企业业务流程程序化、集成化、数字化、受控化，资源配置优化。两者和谐互动，推进企业管理创新，走向管理现代化。 基于ERP的企业业务流程再造正是借助ERP先进的管理思想，对企业现有业务流程作为改造对象，对现有流程进行系统设计、优化、改造，通过利用先进的信息化技术，最大限度地实现企业内部的资源有效配置和管理上的职能集成，从而实现企业在经营、质量、服务和速度方面的巨大改善和快速进步。 本文首先提出了课题研究的背景和选题的目的和意义，国内外的研究现状，其次阐述了ERP、BERP、BERP环境下企业信息化流程的问题，对ERP环境下企业的信息化流程进行再造，最后结合案例分析ERP环境下信息化管理流程再造给企业带来的变革，效益。 关键字：业务流程，流程再造，ERP The Research of Enterprise Information Management Processes Reengineering in the ERP Environment Abstract Business processes as a basic form of the enterprise operation and management of their fundamental thinking and recycling, will leap to improve cost, quality, service and speed of modern enterprise operation of infrastructure. ERP system to the modern management thinking, tools and methodologies, information for media, IT as a means, not only for process reengineering provides a strong foundation and conditions, and also allows the enterprise business process procedures, integrated, digital, controlled of , the optimal allocation of resources. Both harmonious interaction, promote enterprise management innovation, to the modernization of management. Enterprise business re-engineering based on ERP is to make good use of advanced management thought of ERP,set current business process as the object of re-engineering,design,optimize and re-engineer current process,integrate resources and function within the enterprise,so as to make good improvement of operation,quality,service,speed in enterprise.. This thesis first research the background and the purpose and significance, the research status at home and abroad, the second section describes the theoretical foundation of the ERP, BRP, enterprise information technology, the interaction between the ERP, BRP, enterprise information; then the defects of the traditional enterprise information flow, the main problems
