This article through educates the way to the teacher the type and the influence factor, childrens creative characteristic and the influence factor analysis, To illustrate different ways of teacher’s education affect childrens creative development, so the teacher education mode existing problems,And aims at the question to propose the teacher education and the children’s creativity raise strategy.
