In this paper, through the analysis of risk factors of high-altitude production ship enterprises and major accident types, application of safety ergonomics principle, guiding the high-altitude operation management. On this basis, in-depth study of the new scheme of modern safety management of ship production work high above the ground, thereby reducing the unsafe hidden danger exists in the production of ship high-altitude operations, the effective protection of high-altitude operation safety.
