本项目为XX办公楼设计，为毕业设计项目，该项目位于沈阳市，该项目主要用于开会、办公。主要有小办公室、大办公室、中会议室。 该建筑结构形式为现浇混凝土框架结构。本项目占地面积约1712.16平方米，建筑面积8560.75平方米。建筑物总长度49.2米。该项目主体五层，首层层高3.6米，其余层层高3.3米。建筑高度（地上层）17.25米，室内外高差为0.45米。建筑设计使用年限为50年，建筑物的耐火等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为7度，屋面防水等级为2级。 框架柱混凝土强度等级为C30，柱截面为500×500 mm ，框架梁混凝土强度等级为C30，框架梁截面为300×700mm 。女儿墙用混凝土现浇，墙体均采用空心砖砌筑。建筑地点地质条件良好，边柱采用柱下独立基础，中柱采用柱下独立联合基础,基础埋深为2.0m,混凝土强度等级为C30。经济符合要求。 结构计算密切联系建筑设计，以现行的有关规范为依据，主要包括风荷载计算，地震荷载计算，竖向荷载计算，内力组合，框架梁配筋计算，框架柱配筋计算，基础配筋计算 。本项目工程采用钢筋混凝土结构框架结构体系，选择了有代表性的一榀框架进行计算。对于竖向荷载作用采用弯矩二次分配法，水平荷载作用采用反弯点法。设计计算整个过程中综合考虑了技术经济指标和施工工业化的要求。 Abstract This project is ShenYang office building design, design for the graduation project, the project is located in shenyang, this project is mainly used for the meeting, office.Mainly in the small office, office, conference room.
