黑龙江省现代物流发展对策研究 Abstract In an increasingly competitive global market today, the level of development of modern logistics has become a measure of a country or regional competitiveness’s an important symbol. How reasonable logistics development in Hei longjiang Province to establish the strategic objectives and the overall layout, choosing the right development strategy and measures.Accelerating the development of logistics industry in Hei longjiang Province is an important issue. This paper takes strategic center principle and the green logistics as theoretical basis, expatiates the various theories of modern logistics industry and in the current economic and social functions and effects of Hei longjiang province, and then discusses the development of modern logistics industry and the problems existing in the current, Then the Hei longjiang modern logistics development strategic objectives and ideas are discussed, and puts forward to building in Harbin, capital as the core of modern logistics center, Finally, from strengthening policy support and the government management, investment, logistics infrastructure planning and construction, and actively cultivate and introduce high-quality talents, to cultivate the large-scale enterprise logistics market and promote the logistic informationalization and standardization in such aspects as accelerating the development of modern logistics in Hei longjiang province, some countermeasures and suggestions.
