钢制托辊生产线分析与设计 摘 要 车间布局设计是制造系统设计过程中的重要问题之一，长期的生产实践表明，生产线的生产过程的分析与设计对制造系统运行过程中的生产效率、搬运效率、物流费用以及生产系统的产能等有重要影响。生产线设计与分析是物流系统设计与分析的重要环节，合理、有效的生产线布局设计可以提高生产效率、降低生产成本、缩短生产周期。 本课题通过调研分析钢制托辊的生产过程，按照一定的生产纲领确定生产线的各组成单位及工作地、设备之间的相互位置关系。根据国内托辊生产的现状与国外的生产现状的对比，结合钢制托辊的生产加工工艺顺序，以及对托辊的生产加工工艺进行分析，运用生产线平衡的一些方法来对托辊的生产线进行平衡设计。通过合理的设计可以促进整个生产系统的人流，物流，信息流更加顺畅，减少人员，物料移动等成本，提高空间时间的利用率，改善整个生产过程的整体效率，帮助整个企业降低成本提高整体生产效益。 关键词：钢制托辊，生产工艺，设备，生产线平衡 Production Line Analysis and Design of Steel Roller ABSTRACT Workshop layout design is one of the important issues in the process of manufacturing system design .Long-term production practice shows that analysis and design of production line produce process have more and more Influence on production efficiency, handling efficiency, logistics costs as well as production capacity and others which lie in the running of the manufacturing system .Production line designs and analysis is an important part of the logistics system designs and analysis. Rational, efficient production line layout design can improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, shorten production cycle. By doing research on the production process of steel roller, the relationship among the constituent units of work, workplace and equipment of the production line is determined according to the Production program .According to the contrast between domestic production of roller status and production status of abroad ,combined with the production and processing of steel roller process sequence ,as well as production and processing technology idlers analysis , we can use some ways of balancing the production line of steel roller. Through rational designing can make person flow, logistics flow and information flow more smoothly and Reduce the cost of personnel, material and others, as well as can improve the utilization of space-time, Simultaneously it can improve the overall efficiency of the production process.
